Ariana Garcia has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Ariana started their career at Target as a Human Resources Team Member and Clinic Team Member, focusing on guest service, employee training, and recruitment. After that, they worked at Casa Central as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator, where they were responsible for meeting recruitment goals, conducting interviews, and supervising HR interns. Ariana then moved on to become a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at Casa Central, administering employee benefits and resolving benefit concerns. Ariana joined Acero Schools as a Benefits Administrator, managing employee benefits and answering inquiries related to FMLA, COBRA, and worker’s compensation. Ariana also served as a Human Resources Administrator at Acero Schools, assisting in policy development, answering Collective Bargaining Agreement questions, and resolving payroll issues. Later, Ariana worked at ITW as an HR Generalist, and currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Elite Dental Partners. Overall, Ariana has gained extensive experience in various HR roles, including recruitment, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
