Jacob Smith

Jake Smith, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Elite Dental Partners since May 2022. Previously, Jake held various HR roles including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Jake worked at Culver's Restaurants from January 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included staff scheduling, inventory reporting, and customer relations management as a Manager and Shift Leader. Jake's earlier experience includes operating Smith Dairy from May 2015 to December 2018, focusing on transactions with dealers and modernizing dairy operations. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from Northern Illinois University and has two associate degrees, one from Highland Community College and one from Rock Valley College.
