Heidi Wingate, CAPP, CPP

Heidi Wingate, CAPP, CPP has over 19 years of experience in the parking industry. Heidi started their career in 2002 at AmeriPark as the Manager of Operations. In this role, they provided oversight to operations, supported the management team and staff, and promoted a culture of top performance and high morale. Heidi was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new talent, as well as ensuring continuous training compliance. Heidi worked at AmeriPark until November 2014.

In 2019, Heidi joined Elite Parking Services of America as the General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Heidi held this position until November 2021.

Following their role as General Manager, Heidi was promoted to Director of Operations at Elite Parking Services of America in August 2021. In this role, they further contributed to the company's success by providing leadership and support to the operational team. Heidi held this position until February 2022.

Currently, Heidi is serving as the Area Director at Elite Parking Services of America, starting in February 2022. Heidi'sspecific responsibilities in this role are not specified, but they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership to the organization.

Heidi Wingate, CAPP, CPP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in the field of parking management. In 2020, they became a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) through the National Parking Association. One year later, in 2021, they achieved the Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) certification from the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI).
