Ree Kem is a seasoned professional in food science and culinary arts with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Elite Spice Inc since February 2005, Ree Kem has progressed through various roles, including Research and Development Supervisor and Research Chef/Food Technologist. Prior to this, Ree Kem gained valuable experience as a BOH Team Member at Chick-fil-A Restaurants and as a Catering Chef at Ridgewells Catering. An early career at USDA-ARS involved a role as a Biological Research Aid Intern. Ree Kem holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
