William Barcus

Bill attended Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration (1986). Upon graduation, Bill attended University of San Diego, School of Law, receiving a Doctorate in Jurisprudence (1989). Bill worked for nine years at the law firm of Baker, Manock & Jensen in Fresno, as a business and real estate litigator. Bill began working for Sebastian in 1997 as Vice President of Operations, and now as President.
