Andrew Davies

Andrew Davies is a seasoned leadership and soft skills trainer currently employed at Elite Training and Consultancy Ltd since August 2022. Concurrently, as a lead training executive at Conygre Consultants since March 2016, Andrew has focused on expanding training and consulting services in leadership development, teamwork, and crisis management for high-profile organizations such as the BBC and Rolls Royce. Additionally, Andrew leads the Team Leader of Hope in Pontypridd with Catalyst since March 2014 and serves as the Director of Partner Development at Just Earth since June 2016. Andrew is also a member of the national team for New Wine Cymru Limited since October 2015.
