Bhadresh Sethia

Bhadresh Sethia has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bhadresh started their career as a Project Trainee at TATA Power in 2011 and later joined Amul Marketing as a Management Trainee, where they implemented pre-sales and post-sales plans for new products. In 2013, they worked as a Data Base Administrator at Aasaan, implementing retail models and aggregating data from multiple stores and warehouses.

In 2013, Bhadresh joined bigbasket.com as a Program Manager, where they focused on gathering customer insights and transforming corner stores into a supermarket chain. Bhadresh successfully increased sales by 100% without additional costs. Bhadresh then moved to Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as an Assistant Manager, involved in projects planning and execution, as well as data management for creating catalogues.

In 2016, Bhadresh joined Bizongo as a Catalogue Manager, responsible for managing product and catalogue across various categories and analyzing costs for procurement. Subsequently, they worked at Yashikha Skill Development Ltd as a Partner, where they strategically sourced and managed clients while creating training products for emerging technologies.

Most recently, Bhadresh joined Elixia Inc as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in 2021. Bhadresh worked towards transforming the company into a product-focused team by leading a 360-degree transformation in technology, product, people, and processes. Bhadresh was involved in presales activities, understanding client requirements, and building a team to create and deliver future products.

Bhadresh Sethia has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. Bhadresh first attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a Master's degree in Finance Management. Their area of focus during this period was Finance and Financial Management Services.

In 2018, Bhadresh Sethia enrolled in a Blockchain Boot Camp at UC Irvine, where they gained knowledge and skills in using Blockchain technology for day-to-day business cases. This program lasted for a year.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Sethia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College between 2008 and 2012. Their field of study during this period was Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Bhadresh Sethia's educational journey continued in 2019 when they began pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Vivekanand Education Society's College of Law. Bhadresh is expected to complete this program in 2022 with a focus on Intellectual Property Law.

Outside of their formal education, Sethia also obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in July 2021.
