Sen Rong Poh

Sen Rong Poh has a diverse work experience in various companies. They started their career as an Intern at DBS Bank in 2010, followed by a role as a Claims Officer at the same company in 2011. During this time, they negotiated and resolved fund transfer disputes, investigated customer claims, and handled refund transactions.

In 2014, Sen Rong Poh worked as a Summer Intern at Tata Communications, where they analyzed contractual and sales information for multiple customer accounts. They also integrated and reconciled customer information, uncovering discrepancies worth $100,000 through investigation and analysis.

In 2015, they joined Eastspring Investments as a Trainee Business Analyst for a brief period of time.

From 2016 to 2019, Sen Rong Poh worked at Workato as a Data & Business Analyst. They built internal integration and automation solutions, created and implemented the company's initial data and system architecture, and developed company-wide dashboards to report key business performance metrics.

They continued their journey at Workato in 2019, taking on the role of Enterprise Architect until 2021, where they contributed to the company's enterprise architecture.

In 2021, Sen Rong Poh was promoted to Sr. Manager, Business Applications and Enterprise Architecture at Workato. Currently, their role includes managing business applications and overseeing the enterprise architecture of the company.

Sen Rong Poh received a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology from Nanyang Business School from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Informatics from Singapore Polytechnic from 2008 to 2011. Sen Rong Poh also holds several certifications: Applied TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner from The Open Group in August 2023, Enterprise Architecture Practitioner Course from the National University of Singapore in August 2023, Workato Automation Pro II Certification from Workato in September 2020, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in January 2018, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in January 2018, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in January 2018.
