Julia Lahti

Julia Lahti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and coaching across various sectors. Currently serving as a Specialist at UPM Raflatac since December 2022, Julia has also held multiple roles at ELIXIA Finland since June 2012, including Group Exercise Instructor and Club Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations, financial performance, recruitment, and team leadership. Prior experience includes Area Manager at LeDap Group, focusing on sales results and HR processes, and Head of Marketing at Paragraaffi, an HR consultancy. In addition to roles in marketing and business development, Julia has a background in competitive tennis and coaching. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tampere, alongside certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching.
