Marika Honkanen-Chagoya is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in project and personnel management, particularly in the fitness industry as Club Manager at ELIXIA Finland since August 2014, overseeing teams of up to 40 individuals with full profit and loss responsibility. In addition to their managerial role, Marika's diverse background includes an internship at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland in mid-2023, where responsibilities involved monitoring human rights and political developments in Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Currently, Marika serves as a Writer for The Ulkopolitist starting July 2024, while holding advanced degrees in Global Development from the University of Helsinki, including a Master of Social Science earned in April 2024 and a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences completed in December 2022.
