Stratos Karousos

Stratos Karousos is the Group CEO at Elixinol. Stratos has over fifteen years of experience in the legal industry and has held various positions on boards and in C-suites.

Karousos began their career as a Communications Consultant at Hawker Britton Group Pty Ltd. Stratos then worked as a Public Relations Consultant at Gavin Anderson & Kortlang before moving into the legal field. Stratos worked as a Research Assistant and Judicial Associate at the Federal Court of Australia before joining Thomson Geer as an Associate. Stratos then moved to MinterEllison and worked as an Associate before joining Ashurst as an Associate. After a year at Ashurst, they joined Reed Smith LLP as a Foreign Lawyer. Stratos then spent three years at Clayton Utz as a Senior Associate before becoming the Group CEO at Elixinol.

Stratos Karousos has a Master of Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney.
