Fadi Al-Hanafi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Fadi currently serves as a Partner and Senior Vice President at Elixir Management Consultancy. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at SAED. Fadi also held the positions of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Mattex Group, Chief Operating Officer at SAED, and Head of Supply Chain at Nalco Champion, An Ecolab Company.
In addition, Fadi has a significant background in supply chain management, having served as the GCCF Supply Chain Director at PepsiCo. Fadi implemented various strategies and systems to improve planning, warehousing, and transportation. Fadi also worked as the Riyadh Plant Manager at PepsiCo.
Furthermore, Fadi has experience in teaching, having served as a CSCP Associate Instructor at Morgan International.
Prior to their current roles, Fadi worked as the HC Operations Manager at P&G and as an Engineering Manager at CIS Robotics. Fadi began their career as an Entrepreneur at Saif Automation.
Fadi Al-Hanafi received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) from 1988 to 1993. Fadi also obtained a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the same university during the same time period. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in December 2013.
