Jenny Grouva possesses extensive experience in retail sales and operations management, particularly in the travel retail sector. Currently serving as Retail Sales & Operations Manager for Europe Travel Retail at Elizabeth Arden since December 2016, Jenny has previously held significant roles, including Country Coordinator for Distributor Markets EMEA at La Prairie Group and Buying Assistant for Perfumes & Cosmetics Travel Retail Europe at The Nuance Group. With a strong background in developing international skincare and fragrance brand portfolios, Jenny has successfully implemented marketing plans, managed budgets and P&L, and provided training for sales teams. Jenny's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Piraeus.
