Darcey V Mills

Darcey Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and belonging, currently serving as the Director of Student Diversity, Equity and Belonging at Elizabethtown College since March 2016. Mills has held multiple positions at Elizabethtown College, including Associate Director of Diversity, Equity and Belonging, Associate Director of Development Research, SCPS Academic Advising Coordinator, and Financial Aid Assistant. Prior to this, Mills worked as an Admissions Specialist at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College from April 2007 to November 2015. Mills holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership, both obtained from Elizabethtown College.
