Kevin Peters

Kevin Peters currently serves as Program Director for the M.Ed. in Special Education and Assistant Teaching Professor of Education at Elizabethtown College since July 2023. Kevin has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Consortium for the Study of Leadership and Ethics in Education (CSLEE) since October 2020 and Co-Director of the New DEEL Community Network since October 2019. Additionally, Peters has coordinated the New DEEL Community Mentoring Project since December 2017 and held the position of Principal at Dallastown Area School District from February 2018 to October 2023. Their experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Principals Association and working as a Distributed Leadership Coach at the University of Pennsylvania. Peters has held principal and assistant principal roles in various school districts and has a Doctor of Education degree from Temple University, a Master of Science in Special Education from McDaniel College, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania.
