Courtney Shoemaker

Courtney Shoemaker is a dedicated healthcare professional with diverse experience in patient care and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Patient Concierge in Lymphedema at elizur since April 2018, Courtney also holds the position of Health Unit Coordinator at UPMC since February 2016. Additional experience includes work as a Packer at Weleski Transfer Inc and in the English Department at California University of Pennsylvania as a Work Study student. Previous roles include a Game Day Intern with the Pittsburgh Steelers, facilitating fan engagement through Steeler's Nation Unite, and Sales Associate at H&M, providing customer service on the sales floor and cash point. Courtney earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from California University of Pennsylvania between 2011 and 2015, following education at Butler County Community College from 2009 to 2011.
