Marcus Reed

Marcus Reed is a dedicated professional in the field of psychology and education, currently serving as an Associate Psychologist at Glenora Registered Psychologists since March 2024. With extensive experience at Elk Island Public Schools since September 2002, Marcus has held various roles, including Director of Specialized Supports, Consultant, and Educational Psychologist, focusing on psychoeducational assessment, special education programming, and crisis intervention. Previous experience includes serving as a Psychologist at Luma Psychology and Education Centre and Psychsupport Services, utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in counselling children and youth. Additionally, Marcus has contributed as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Alberta and holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Social Studies Teacher Education from The University of Lethbridge.
