Mia Nicolaisen

Mia Nicolaisen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Mia started their career as an Analyst at Andersen Consulting in 1992 and then moved on to SAP America, where they worked as an SAP R/3 Implementation Specialist. Mia later joined The Amber Group as an SAP PP-PI Consultant, specializing in Production Planning - Process Industries. In 2000, they worked at Eviciti as an Account Manager before transitioning to et alia, LLC, where they served as a Director of SAP Project Management and eventually became a Partner/Sr Vice President, overseeing project management and operations. Mia then joined InEight as the Vice President of Solution Delivery, responsible for successful software implementations. Mia later held roles at Elkay Interior Systems as the Senior Director of Sales and New Business Development, Global Director of Key Accounts, and General Manager. Mia'smost recent positions include being a Member at Chief and serving as the Vice President of Elkay Interior Systems for North America. Mia has demonstrated expertise in strategy formulation, project management, and creating environments that inspire.

Mia Nicolaisen attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1987 to 1992, majoring in Industrial Engineering. Mia earned their Bachelor of Science degree during this period.
