David Southard

David Southard has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. David began their career as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Baxter in 1985, where they worked until 1991. David then joined Tellabs as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, later transitioning to the role of Director of Global Facility Services from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Tellabs. Since 2003, David has been working at Elkay Manufacturing Co. as the Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits.

David Southard has a BBA degree in Human Resources from the University of Miami, which they obtained between 1976 and 1980. David then pursued an MSIR degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, completing it in 1981.
