David Beaty has extensive experience in the silicone industry, currently serving as Operations Director at Elkem Silicones since September 2017. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Industrial Development and Compliance at Bluestar Silicones USA Corp from 2011 to 2017. David's tenure at Bluestar Silicones USA Corp also includes significant leadership roles as Industrial Director and Director of Manufacturing from 1985 to 2010.
