Dacey Davis, MEd and MSOL, currently serves as a Board Member and President of the Board of Trustees for Elkhart Community Schools, where exceptional leadership during challenging transitions has led to a decade-first consecutive presidency. In addition, Dacey holds positions as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for Leadership Legacy Coaching & Consulting and as a Career Coach and Course Instructor for the Vincennes University Early College Program, spearheading statewide Clifton Strengths coaching initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Professional Development for the Indiana Parenting Institute and Employee Development Coordinator at Logan Center, showcasing a strong focus on training and organizational development. Dacey's educational background includes a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Applied Management from Tri-State University.
