Daniel Abram

Daniel Abram is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP since June 2022 and as Co-Founder of Reaf, a curated community for real estate acquisitions professionals since September 2024, Abram's expertise spans various roles. Previously, Daniel contributed as Counsel and Director at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where Daniel was instrumental in establishing the Manatt Real Estate Advisors, a pioneering real estate services initiative in Los Angeles. Abram co-founded and served as Corporate Counsel at Osurv, a mobile survey platform recognized for predicting customer behavior, later acquired by Tan Capital Partners. Their career also includes significant positions at prominent firms such as Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Hess Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
