Monika Lindquist has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Monika currently holds the position of CMO & CCO at Visual Art, a leading full-service agency in digital communication channels. Monika has also served as an Angel Investor at Knatteplock AB, a company specializing in baby food products. Monika has acted as an Angel Investor and Interim CMO at Ella, a personal healthcare provider for pregnant women. Additionally, Monika has served as an Advisory Board Member at Portally, a digital ecosystem in the real estate industry. Monika is also a Teacher in Growth Marketing Strategy at IHM Business School. Prior to their current roles, Monika has worked as a Nordic Commercial Partnership Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a Brand Consultant at Straylight AB, and a Marketing Strategist at Svenska Innebandyförbundet. Monika has also held the position of Head of Strategy at Wiley/Y&R, where they worked with brands such as LG, Danone, and Unilever.

Monika Lindquist has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Umeå University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Post-grad Diploma in Market Communication/Planning at Berghs School of Communication. Additionally, Monika obtained a certification in Ansvarig Reklamutgivare (ARU) from Sveriges Kommunikationsbyråer in March 2011.

Monika also has taken several courses at Umeå University and Mälardalen University. In 2017 to 2018, they studied Financial & Management Accounting I at Umeå University, and in 2014, they took a course in Financial & Management Accounting II at the same university.
