Mette Vilsgaard

Mette Vilsgaard has over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and healthcare industries. Mette is currently the Vice President of Validation and Monitoring Solutions at Ellab - Validation & Monitoring Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Growth at Sonova Group, where they were responsible for driving excellence in sales, marketing, and product positioning. Mette also served as the Director of Commercial Excellence at Otometrics and held the position of Global Head of Customer Care at Radiometer. In addition, Mette Vilsgaard worked as a Global Product Manager at Radiometer Medical and held product management roles at TDC Hosting A/S and UNI2 A/S. Mette started their career as an Account Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Throughout their career, Mette Vilsgaard has been focused on implementing strategies for incremental growth, developing attractive service products, and driving commercial excellence through lean conversion and process improvement initiatives.

Mette Vilsgaard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2000. Mette then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business at Aarhus University from 1997 to 2003.
