Andy Bassett, CPCU, CIC has a diverse work experience. Andy began their career as a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from September 1997 to May 2002. In June 2002, they joined Ellerbrock-Norris Insurance Agency as a Producer, eventually growing into the role of Partner/Producer & Vice President. Andy has been with Ellerbrock-Norris for over 19 years and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In March 2021, they also co-founded Rocketship Ventures, LLC.

Andy Bassett, CPCU, CIC has a comprehensive education history in the field of Property/Casualty Insurance. Andy began their education journey by completing their high school education at Burke High School from 1993 to 1997. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1997 to 2002.

Andy then focused on enhancing their knowledge and expertise in Property/Casualty Insurance by attending the American Institute for CPCU from 2002 to 2007. During this period, they also earned their Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. This demonstrates their commitment to deepening their understanding of the industry.

Continuing their professional development, Andy pursued further specialization by completing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) program from 2007 to 2009. This program allowed him to gain advanced skills specifically related to Property/Casualty Insurance.
