Ryan Starmer

Ryan Starmer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Personal Lines Team Manager and Client Advocate at Ellerbrock-Norris since September 2019, focusing on client education and service excellence. Previously, Ryan worked as a Critical Call Dispatcher at Union Pacific Railroad from January 2017 to September 2019, coordinating emergency responses for critical incidents. Ryan also held the position of Auto Claim Specialist at State Farm from June 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities included assisting claim associates, leading department meetings, and conducting training sessions. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security from Kaplan University between 2015 and 2016.
