Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker

Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. La-Toya began their career in education, working as an Educator at Broward County Public Schools from 2005 to 2011. Dr. La-Toya then progressed through different roles within the district, including District Instructional Facilitator, Literacy Specialist, District Master Coach, and Professional Development Specialist & Account Manager. Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker also worked as a District Administrator/Specialist in School Climate & Discipline at Broward County Public Schools from 2019 to 2022.

In 2017, Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker transitioned into the role of an Educational Consultant at Renaissance Learning until 2018. Dr. La-Toya then joined SchoolMint as an Account Executive (Southeast) from November 2021 to January 2023. Concurrently, since September 2019, they have been the Franchise Owner at Bodytek Fitness, where they have managed various aspects of the business, including account management, sales, customer service and retention, onboarding, and recruitment.

Most recently, Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker joined Ellevation Education in January 2023 as an Account Manager for the National Team. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in education, account management, sales, customer service, and leadership.

Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida Memorial University. Dr. La-Toya also holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching/Reading from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Phoenix. Dr. La-Toya also has a Doctor of Education - EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Phoenix. Furthermore, they have a certification in Educational Leadership from the State of Florida, which they obtained in July 2020.
