Renata Toribio

Renata Toribio currently serves as Líder de equipe de cobrança at Elleve since May 2022, with previous roles including Assistente de crédito e cobrança and Analista de cobrança. Renata has also been an Analista de cobrança at Fenix Assessoria e Cobrança since February 2020, specializing in negotiating bank debts through calls and WhatsApp in a hybrid service environment. Additionally, Renata gained valuable experience at Grupo Services from May 2015 to September 2019, starting as a telemarketing professional and advancing to roles such as backoffice, leader, and supervisor while managing debt negotiations, processing payments, and sending invoices. Renata is currently pursuing education at Estácio, scheduled to complete in March 2026, and previously attended UNIVERITAS from 2017 to 2018.
