Antti Perli

Antti Perli is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Ellex – Baltic Circle of Legal Excellence since April 2017. Prior to this role, Antti held significant positions at the Estonian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association as a Member of the Management Board and Head of the Legal Committee from October 2015 to November 2023. Antti also served as Legal Counsel and a Member of the Management Board at SmartCap from September 2011 to April 2017, and as a Senior Associate at Raidla Ellex from September 2001 to September 2011. Antti holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Tartu, earned between 1997 and 2001.
