Helen Ratso

Helen Ratso is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance law. Serving as a Senior Associate at Ellex since September 2015, Helen specializes in various aspects of banking and finance. Prior to this role, Helen worked at SORAINEN from July 2010 to April 2015, progressing from Associate to Legal Assistant, primarily focusing on securities market law, regulatory matters, and insurance law. Helen gained valuable experience through internships and a legal advisory role, including pro bono work, while obtaining a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Tartu in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the same institution in 2010. Additional educational experience includes study at Université Paris Nanterre.
