Vilius Norvaišas

Vilius Norvaišas is a Senior Associate at Ellex, the largest law firm in Lithuania, since September 2020, specializing in Intellectual Property, Information Technology, eCommerce, Media, and Data Protection. Previously, Vilius completed a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission's DG CNECT in Luxembourg and served as a Junior Associate at TGS Baltic, focusing on Data Protection and Commercial contracts. Vilius began their legal career as a Legal Assistant and interned at various organizations, including Small Planet Airlines and 1ClickFactory. Academically, Vilius holds an Advanced LL.M. in Intellectual Property & ICT Law from KU Leuven and a Master's in Law from Vilnius University, along with exchange studies at the University of Melbourne and the University of Bologna.
