Isabel Menéndez is currently the Head of Talent Management at Elli - A Brand of the Volkswagen Group. Prior to this role, Isabel held various positions at Audi México and AUDI AG, focusing on personnel development, organization, culture, and diversity. Isabel also has experience in coordinating programs for students and interns, as well as plant startups.
