Heidi Kornmuller

Heidi Kornmuller has worked as the Head of Talent Management at Coronation Fund Managers since August 2002. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Investec Asset Management from an unknown start date until 2002.

Heidi Kornmuller completed their Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in General Psychology at UCT from 1992 to 1995. In 2004, they pursued further studies at UCT and obtained an Honours degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme. In the same year, they also participated in a short course on Employee Wellness and Stress Management at Stanford University. Additionally, in 2005, Heidi earned a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Tavistock Consulting Services in the UK.
