Maren Rehnelt

Maren Rehnelt has extensive work experience in strategy, business innovation, and cooperation management. Maren is currently the Head of Strategy & Business Innovation at Elli - A Brand of the Volkswagen Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager Cooperation & Investment Management at the same company from September 2022. Before joining Elli, Maren worked at Mercedes-Benz AG as a Business Development & Analytics Charging Services in North America from January 2022 to August 2022. Previously, they held the role of Business Development & Partnerships Charging from August 2020 to February 2022. Maren also has experience at Daimler AG, where they worked in various roles such as Cooperation Management & Business Development Charging from October 2017 to September 2019, Corporate Student - Bachelor Thesis from June 2017 to September 2017, Corporate Student - Quality Management from December 2016 to February 2017, Corporate Student - Production Planning at Daimler China from May 2016 to August 2016, Corporate Student - Bodyshop Automotion Control Center from December 2015 to February 2016, and Corporate Student - Productivity Development Compact Cars from June 2015 to September 2015.

Maren Rehnelt has a diverse education history that spans multiple institutions and fields of study. Maren began their educational journey in 2014 at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automotive. This program lasted for three years, concluding in 2017.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Maren went on to pursue further education at the Hult International Business School in 2019. Here, they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business, which they completed within a year in 2020.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Maren enrolled in the Harvard Extension School in 2020. Maren pursued a Master of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on International Relations. This program is expected to conclude in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Maren also holds a certification in Innovation Management Level 1: Innovation Associate. This certification was obtained in November 2019 from the Global Innovation Management Institute.
