Till Kristoph Toppel has a diverse work experience within the Volkswagen Group. Till Kristoph began their career in 2016 as a Graduate Student at Volkswagen AG. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Trainee Group Development, focusing on technology strategy and management. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager for e-mobility services, where they contributed to the development of Volkswagen's electric mobility offerings. In 2020, they became the Portfolio and Product Manager Charging, responsible for managing the company's charging infrastructure portfolio. In 2021, they joined Elli, a brand of the Volkswagen Group, as the Business Development Manager. Till Kristoph later progressed to the role of Head of OEM Management & Strategic Group Projects.
Till Kristoph Toppel completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which lasted until 2017. Additionally, in 2014, they briefly attended California State University, Long Beach, where they pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, Toppel attended Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences to further their education and earned a Master of Business Engineering (M.B.Eng.) degree specializing in Business Engineering.
