Kathryn Jargo

Kathryn’s early years were spent in homes working with children and families to build skills, relationships, access to community resources, and independence. As a social worker she worked with adults moving through distressing experiences like civil commitment, chronic mental health concerns and incarceration.

She has always resonated with folks who are experiencing transitions in their lives. Whether navigating challenges with family, legal, well-being or purpose, she feels work can happen together to bridge the transition, or simply acknowledge that it is happening. Kathryn utilizes EMDR strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, person-centered practices and tools learned in ongoing trainings to support individuals and families.
