Rob Klepner

Rob Klepner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and investment advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Credit Manager at Ellington Management Group since September 2024, Rob has held various key positions, including Private Wealth Manager at UPSTREAM Investment Partners, LLC, and Investment Advisor Representative at Gladstone Wealth Group. Previous experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch and Principal Financial Group, along with significant expertise in mortgage and loan origination as Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Prodigy Mortgage and other firms. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Technology from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.
