Matthew Ian Carter

Matthew Ian Carter has extensive experience in property management and music. Since April 2005, Matthew has held multiple positions at Elliott Beach Rentals, including Property Services Manager, Property Services Director, Quality Control Director, Quality Control Coordinator, and Maintenance Lead, contributing to the company's operations and quality assurance. Additionally, Matthew has been a singer, songwriter, and guitarist for One Bad Apple since February 2010. Matthew's education includes studies at Horry Georgetown Technical College from 1998 to 2000 and attending Loris High School from 1994 to 1998.
