Austin Flynn

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Austin held controller and senior finance management positions at leading firms across manufacturing, technology, and consumer products. Most recently, he led the accounting integration of the roll up of three technology companies: including accounting systems and treasury consolidation, setting up financial reporting packages for the PE sponsor and lender, and building out the internal team. During Covid-19, Austin helped a manufacturing company bridge the gap between finance and operations to greatly reduce cash conversion cycle via renegotiated supplier terms and data-driven procurement strategy, as well as establishing both financial and operational KPIs.
