Kenny Grace

Kenny has practiced public accounting since 1985. He provides audit services to public and private clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and oilfield services industries. Kenny assists his private equity clients with purchase price allocations and annual audits. He supports his public clients through all phases of major transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Kenny began his career at a Big Four firm.
