Fidel Hernandez

Fidel Hernandez currently serves as the Director of Private Equity Portfolio Operations at Elliott Investment Management L.P., a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Fidel was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to February 2024, leading the B2B Marketing domain in North America and advising clients in various sectors including marketing, technology, and media. From 2011 to 2016, Fidel worked at Stanford University as a Graduate Research Fellow, where significant contributions included the development of innovative wearable mouthguards for measuring head impacts and co-instructing an undergraduate course in Mechanical Engineering with high student evaluations. Early career experience includes roles at Boeing and Walt Disney Imagineering, focusing on engineering analysis and the development of advanced robotics. Fidel holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Mechanical Engineering, all from Stanford University.
