Shawn Reed is a Process Improvement Consultant at Always MORE LLC since November 2020. Prior to that, Shawn held various leadership roles at Elliott Manufacturing, where they served as a Continuous Improvement/Quality Leader, Quality Assurance Manager, and Operations Manager. With a background in quality management and operations leadership, Shawn's expertise spans over two decades in companies such as Husky Injection Molding Systems, York Capacitor Corporation, and IBM. Shawn's educational background includes studies at Clarkson University from 1993 to 1995.
