Michael Y. Liu, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized debt obligation (CDO) trading. Since February 2011, Michael has held various positions at Guggenheim Securities, advancing from Associate to Managing Director. Prior to Guggenheim, Michael worked as an Analyst in Omnium Knowledge Management at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011, and served as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in the summer of 2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago, graduating in 2009.
