Vadim Axelrod

Vadim Axelrod is the Chief Information Officer at Ellipsis Health. He is a repeat startup entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in applying technology to create innovation in a variety of industries. Vadim has over three decades of experience with startups with over a decade focusing on health tech.

Before joining Ellipsis Health, Vadim was Vice President at Lark Health where he wore various hats over the years to grow the company from an 8-person startup to a unicorn. Prior to Lark, Vadim was CTO and Advisor of a variety of health tech and educational tech startups including Vital Score (acquired by Phreesia) and Schoolzilla (acquired by Renaissance). Before his foray into health tech, Vadim founded and scaled transformational VC-backed companies in the health care technology, networking, real estate technology, security, and educational technology as CTO and VP of Engineering including Rentals.com as co-founder and CTO (acquired by Primedia) and Business Signatures as Principal Technologist (acquired by Entrust).

Vadim holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Pomona College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
