Rac Carroll

RAC Carroll, ICAE, has extensive experience in the amusement and water park industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Jeff Ellis & Associates, Inc. since March 2001. Previously, RAC Carroll held key roles at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) from January 2013 to December 2019, contributing as a member of the Board of Directors and participating in multiple committees including Global Manufacturer & Suppliers, Governance, and Government Relations. Prior to these roles, RAC Carroll was the Director of Operations at Splish Splash Water Park and Fame City Water Works, and also worked as a Contract Manager/Auditor/Consultant at Jeff Ellis & Associates. RAC Carroll began a career in management at Morey's Piers. Educationally, RAC Carroll earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 1984 and 1989.
