Patti Johnson

Patti Johnson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Patti started their career at Primm Valley Resorts in 1993, where they began as a Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they gained expertise in various areas of HR, including Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development. Patti was part of the team responsible for opening several establishments, such as Buffalo Bills Casino, The Chevron Station, and the Golf Course. In 2005, Patti joined Ellis Island Casino & Brewery/Village Pubs as the Director of Corporate Human Resources. Patti was later promoted to the position of Vice President of Corporate Human Resources in September 2014.
