Ryan Hart

Ryan Hart serves as the Director of People Experience at Ellis Porter - The Immigration Attorneys, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies for a rapidly growing firm, fostering a positive work culture focused on diversity and inclusion, attracting and nurturing talent, and implementing HR technology. Prior to this role, Ryan held various HR leadership positions including Talent Development Director at Faurecia, VP of Human Resources for the Detroit Pistons, and HR Manager at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions. Ryan's extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades, beginning as a Human Resource Representative at American Axle & Manufacturing Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University and an MBA in Human Resources from Walsh College.
