Stephanie Yanes

Stephanie Yanes is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee management. Since December 2018, Stephanie has held various positions at EllisDon, advancing from Coordinator to Manager in People & Culture. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Talent Specialist at iTechtions INC, where responsibilities included job analysis, candidate screening, and recruitment strategy design. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Sourcer at Keen Technology Consulting Inc. and an Area Supervisor at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, where contributions involved creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing employee training initiatives. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Tourism Management from Humber College and is pursuing CHRP Certification from the Human Resources Professional Association.
