Lance Schneider is an experienced professional with a robust background in business management and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Gluespec Business Manager at Ellsworth Adhesives since June 2014, Lance is responsible for the strategic development of a technical, database-driven website, overseeing all aspects of a start-up web asset. Previously, as the E-Business Manager at Budnick Converting, Inc. from July 2000 to June 2014, Lance implemented effective online marketing and sales strategies that enhanced customer acquisition and e-commerce initiatives. Lance also gained experience as Promotions Coordinator at KMOX Radio, where marketing and promotional activities contributed to revenue growth, and as a Partner at Shawnee Oaks MFG, where responsibilities included production and marketing of customized computer accessories.
