Bobby Gonzalez

Bobby Gonzalez is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in leading and evolving user experience programs. At Ellucian since July 2015, Bobby serves as Director of UX Research, focusing on best practices for usability optimization and innovative solutions. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Senior User Experience Researcher, and User Experience Researcher at Ellucian, where Bobby advocated for user needs and informed design decisions through comprehensive research. Experience includes user experience research at OneLogin, Inc., where Bobby executed usability studies and designed interactive UI prototypes, as well as previous positions at Move, Inc. and as an independent contractor. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
